The first event of the Proposal named Désir took place on Saturday, July 29, 2023, at Taïba ICS high school in Mboro. 

 

 

A day rich in debates where thematic panels followed one another, with the mayor and its team, the ICS, journalists and activists, and high school girls, and with the holding of a new kind of artistic exhibition, curated by Fatoumata Sissi Ngom. 

After discussing climate change and the environment, urban planning, and cohabitation with the mining industries in the morning's panels, we shifted our focus to local creativity, empathy, and reflections on relationships between men and women.
